I love this book. Before I moved to the beach, I would read this to put me in that spirit. Now I read it at the beach or pool an imagine myself on my future boat boat sailing the Carribean. She writes about she and her husband leaving their jobs and land-locked lives behind and setting sail. One of my favorite things about the book are the recipes she includes from her own kitchen as well as ones she collects from people she meets along the way.
