I'm flying home this weekend to help my dad. Right now, my mom is being taken by ambulance to the hospital. The side effects of her radiation treatments have left her unable to walk and extremely confused. We'll find out in the next few days if she will need to be moved to the nursing home. I talked to her at lunch and she was crying. I'm sure she's scared. Nothing about this is easy but it will really be a weight off my dad's shoulders and she'll receive the professional care she's needing. Please keep my parents in your prayers.
