Fantastic photos. The conch shaped house is quite amazing. I remember years ago in the Cayman islands having ceviche from fresh conch. I'm not a big seafood fan, but it was great. Unfortunately they have really decimated the poor old conch there. I've just discovered your blog. Love it!!!
