Your questions answered!

Nanny: What kind of job are you looking for? Luckily, I still have my job, but as most of you know we had a job loss recently. Mr. Beachy was let go along with 20 other people at his company with more cuts to come. He is a journalist and obviously would prefer to stay in that line of work but with things they way they are we are not being picky and we are simply looking for job openings because honestly, who can afford to be picky when you apply for a job and there are 300 other applicants for the same one? Right now, he is freelancing for some local publications and looking more opportunities.

Amanda C. Bee: I'm trying to go to the carib mid march, where should I go? I'm not a fan of mexico...I like small and quaint...I've been to St. John and loved it...I was thinking Bermuda for the trip...but I'm not sure. I would love to know what you think about islands down there! xoxo Small & quaint? Abaco! You may also want to checkout Martha Stewart's blog. She visited Abaco over the holidays. There are great photos on her site.

Gigi: What is your favorite food? I love good sushi. Conch fritters are deep fried heaven and I'll never forget the year they were my Thanksgiving dinner in the Keys. Seafood in general. Authentic Mexican.

Barefoot in the Park: What is your "perfect" beachy dinner menu? Think casual beachfront. A favorite bottle (or two!) of wine or champage. Conch fritters. Raw oysters. Cole slaw. Fried grouper. Don't forget the malt vinegar bottle on the table. Have you ever had a grouper reuben? OMG. Homemade key lime pie. Paradise...
