It's Friday and here is my cocktail for tonight! It's called a Coconut Cruise and just sounds perfect.
Ingredients:- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Island Breeze Coconut- 4 oz cranberry juice- juice of half lime- 1/4 oz triple sec- Club sodaGarnish: lemon twist Mix coconut rum, cranberry juice, lime juice and triple sec in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with lemon twist.
Yummy! We are enjoying warm weather today in New Orleans (supposed to get up to 70 degrees) so I think after work I will whip one of these up and take it to my porch.
